Product features

1. It is in use of the manual control to maintain the pressure, such that it is more convenient in operation with more steady performance.
2. All the pneumatic components come from the famous vendors with steady and reliable performance, such that the unsteady pressure arising from the pneumatic components is absoluy impossible.
3. The seal barrel is made of thickened organic glass (acrylic), whose wall thickness reaches 15mm, effectively reinforcing the compressive strength of the seal barrel, and prolonging its service life.
4. The electronic pressurizer could minimize the mechanical wear, and maintain the pressure for longer.
5. The PVC operation panel with the resolution ratio of pressure digital display standing at 0.1kPa makes it easier for user to check the pressure value.
6. It is in-built with time display, when starting the pressure maintenance, the timer keeps the time at the same time, which makes it easier for user to record and observe the pressure maintenance time. When the pressure maintenance comes to an end, the timer will automatically reset.

Test rationale

Vacuumize the vacuum chamber, such that the test piece dipped in the water could generate differential pressure inside and outside, observe the escape of the air within the test piece, so as to determine the seal performance of the test piece. Vacuumize the vacuum chamber, such that the test piece could generate differential pressure inside and outside, observe the swell of the test piece and the shape recovery of the test piece after releasing the vacuum, so as to determine the seal performance of the test piece.

試驗原理：

通過對真空室抽真空，使浸在水中的試樣產(chǎn)生內(nèi)外壓差，觀測試樣內(nèi)氣體外逸情況，以此判定試樣的密封性能；通過對真空室抽真空，使試樣產(chǎn)生內(nèi)外壓差，觀測試樣膨脹及釋放真空后試樣形狀恢復(fù)情況，以此判定試樣的密封性能。
